Housed within the famous old Whitbread Brewery building (now the Montcalm City five star hotel) the restaurant and bar have been designed with an elegant and luxurious feel that brings country living to the city; and whether you would prefer a private room or exclusive use of the whole venue, the Chiswell Street team will help you create your perfect wedding party.
TASTING SESSIONS
If you hire the venue exclusively, Chiswell Street Dining Rooms will organise a tasting session with you and your partner at which you can sample food and discuss your menu options with their chef. They will also recommend suitable wines to match your preferred food choices and you will arrange for you to sample these too.
Staff can assist you with as much or as little of your wedding day as you would like, including flowers, wedding cake, photography and all different kinds of entertainment. They can arrange to receive your flowers and cake from 10am on the day of your wedding, set up your decorations for you, and can even organise your very own DJ or band to play at your reception until 2am in the morning.
Plus, if you are holding your wedding on a Saturday or Sunday, you can enjoy exclusive use of the restaurant, bar and four of the private dining rooms within the adjoining hotel with no venue hire fee! You simply need to achieve the minimum spend on food and drink.
