Designed by William Bell and Horace Field in 1906, The Grand, York was originally meant to be a place of business. Featuring Belgian marble, grand stairs with wrought iron metalwork and high ceilings, it's now a majestic hotel with a cool and calm ambience.

You won't find standard wedding packages here - each celebration the team here run are always one-of-a-kind. From the moment you book your wedding here, you'll be assigned your own personal wedding co-ordinator who'll organise everything from a red carpet welcome for you and your guests to your wedding menu, your reception and the room you and your newlywed retire to at the end of the day.

The Chairman's Suite - an boutique space, perfect for intimate weddings
The Grand Boardroom - which is able to host ceremonies of up to 120 people, and receptions of up to 180.
